The petitioners seek regularization of service. 2.

In fact matter would be within the realm of the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal.

The learned counsel for petitioners submits that, petitioners are not seeking any directions on merits, but only limited prayer is made to direct the respondents to decide the proposal of the petitioners to absorb in Government service. 4.

The learned A. G. P. accepts notice for all respondents. 5.

In case the proposal is filed by petitioners and same is

2 wp 5176.21 pending with the Government, the the Government shall take decision upon it on its own merits, in accordance with law and policy holding the field, expeditiously and preferably within a period of six (06) months from today.

It is made clear that, we have not directed the Government to take decision in a particular manner, but only as per the law and rules holding the field.

In the light of the above, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
