The RCS No. 420/2006 filed by these Petitioners was decided by judgment dated 11.12.2009. It was declared that these Petitioners/Plaintiffs have a joint 4/35th share in the suit land. Based on the same, the Petitioners are claiming their share for which an application has been tendered to the SDO, Gangakhed dated 29.09.2022. Further reminders have also filed.

In view of the above, this Petition is disposed off. We direct Respondent No. 3 to deal with the representation of the Petitioners in the light of the judgment of the learned Civil Court dated

53-WP-2440-2024.odt 11.12.2009 and act in accordance with the conclusions set out in the said judgment, provided there is no further order passed by any superior Court. Let this exercise be completed within 90 days.
