Heard the learned advocate for the applicants and learned AGP for the respondents/State.

This application is filed seeking restoration of the appeal which was dismissed for want of removal of office objections by way of conditional order dated 25-07-2023 passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial) of this court. 3.

The objections were that appellants had not paid the

(2) 934ca2930.24 deficit court fees alongwith first appeal and also the appellants had not filed the vakalatnama.

There is delay of 203 days caused in filing this application.

The applicants undertake to deposit the deficit court fees within one week from today and also would file vakalatnama.

Considering the above, the application stands allowed. Delay stands condoned.

Appeal be restored to its original status.
