We have heard Mrs. Ansari, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned AGP and Mr. Kulkarni, learned counsel for intervenor. Respondents 2 and 4 are served. None appears for them. 2.

There are already directions issued to the Committee to decide the caste claim of the petitioner, expeditiously. It is submitted that even vigilance has been completed. However, further steps are not taken in the said proceedings. The Committee shall adhere to the directions given by this Cort for deciding the claim of the petitioner. However, as the claim of the petitioner is not finally adjudicated, it would not be appropriate to withhold result of her examination. In the result, we pass folllowing order:

O R D E R

i.

The committee shall adhere to the directions given by this Court to decide the proceedings in respect of caste claim of the petitioner in time bond manner and shall expedite the same. ii. The petitioner shall appear before the committee on 01.09.2015. 1/2

iii. The respondents shall not withhold the result of examination of the petitioner and shall not refrain her from prosecuting further study only on the ground that validation proceedings are pending. Of course the respondents can take further course of action in tune with the judgment of the Committee in the validation proceedings iv. Writ petition and civil application accordingly disposed of.
