Learned counsel appearing for Municipal Council states, on instructions, that requisite amount has been deposited by the Municipal Corporation along with the interest accrued thereon.

The Petitioners are permitted to withdraw the amount deposited by the Municipal Council, keeping the option open to avail of the remedies available in law. The Petitioners undertake to execute necessary documents in respect of transfer of title in favour of Municipal Corporation within period of four weeks from today.

In view of above, both the Contempt Petitions stand disposed of.

4.

In view of disposal of Contempt Petitions, pending Civil Applications in both the Contempt Petitions do not survive and stand disposed of.
