The present application is filed to bring legal heirs of deceased Respondent Nos.1 and 2-B on record with condonation of delay of 57 days caused in filing the application.

Learned counsel for respondent no.1 is present. Legal heirs of deceased Respondent No.1 and 2-B though served are absent.

Considering the cause assigned for

2783.18CA.odt condonation of delay and to bring the legal heirs of respondent No.1 and 2-B, I am of the view that the application deserves to be allowed. Accordingly, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses "B", "C"

and "D". Necessary amendment/substitution be carried out within two weeks.
