Civil Application No.2791 of 2023 has been preferred by the applicant seeking modification of the order dated 23.12.2022 passed in Civil Application No.17242 of 2022. 2.

Civil Application No.17242 of 2022 was filed for condonation of delay and for restoration of the Civil Application St. No. 33198 of 2021 which was filed seeking intervention. As the office objections were not removed, the Civil Application St. No.33198 of 2021 was dismissed by the Registrar by order dated 12.09.2022.

By order dated 23.12.2022, the Civil Application No. 17242 of 2022 was allowed. As such, by order dated 23.12.2022, the delay was condoned and Civil Application St. No.33198 of 2021 came to be restored. However, in paragraph no.2 due to typographical error instead of the words "civil application" the words "writ petition" occurred.

Paragraph no.2 in the aforesaid order dated 23.12.2022 to read thus:

'For the reasons stated in the Civil Application no.17242 of 2022, the same is allowed. The delay is condoned. Civil Application St. No.33198 of 2021 is restored to its original position, subject to condition that office objections are removed within a period of four weeks from today. Civil Application stands disposed of.'
