The petitioner is seeking directions to expedite the Special Civil Suit No. 3/2019 pending before the learned C.J.S.D., Bhoom. Today, learned advocate also produced on record copy of application filed by him seeking order of dismissal in default of the suit. The learned Trial Judge, however, dismissed the application directing the plaintiff to adduce the evidence and adjourned the suit.

This Court hardly finds any reason to entertain this petition. If at all, the petitioner is desirous of speedy disposal, he may take appropriate steps in the learned Trial Court.

The writ petition thus stands dismissed. No order as to costs. 5.
