The proposal for approval to the appointment of the petitioners as 'Lab Assistant' and 'Junior

2 wp 3340.18+ Clerk' is rejected mainly on the ground that the staff fixation has not yet been sanctioned by the Government.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader submits that under Government Resolution dated 28.01.2019 the staff fixation has been done.

In the light of above, the impugned order is set aside. Respondent no. 2 / Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Jalgaon shall re-consider the proposal seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioners on its own merits, as per the staff fixation done by the State under Government Resolution dated 28.01.2019, expeditiously and preferably within a period of six (06) months.

Writ Petitions accordingly stand disposed of. No costs.
