CORAM :
R. G. AVACHAT, J.
DATE :
7th OCTOBER, 2022.
PER COURT :
Criminal Application No.2380/2022 is allowed. The original complainant is permitted to assist learned A.P.P. 2.
After having heard learned counsel for the applicants, the Court expressed disinclination to grant the applicants bail. It is made clear that, all the police papers were not scrutinised threadbare. Both the learned counsel for the respective applicants, therefore, came around to withdraw the Bail Applications with liberty to move before the trial Court for bail after a lapse of certain time. The Bail Applications thus stand disposed of as withdrawn.
3.
The trial Court is requested to frame the charge within two months and conclude the trial within next six months. If the trial could not be concluded within the given time-frame, the applicants will have liberty to revive their prayer for bail.
