Mr. Sonwane, the learned Advocate for the petitioner, has placed on record a copy of order dated 19th November 2025 passed by the learned 3rd Joint Civil Judge, Senior Division, Jalna in Special Civil Suit No. 57 of 2014. The learned Judge, by way of impugned order, dismissed the suit itself under Order 9 Rule 3 of Code of Civil Procedure, 1908. Learned Advocate thus submits that the petition is arising out of order passed in the said suit. Petition is now rendered infructuous.
