The learned Counsel for the petitioner state that the writ petition has rendered infructuous in view of the judgment delivered by the learned Civil Judge Senior Division, Latur on 02/11/2020, dismissing of the Municipal Tax Appeal No.45/2018 and the said judgment is placed on record and marked 'X' for identification.

In the wake of the above, nothing is survive in the writ petition as is rendered infructuous. The writ petition, therefore, is dismissed as infructuous.
