Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. The challenge in this petition is to the order granting interim maintenance of Rs.8000/- per month to the respondent No.2, son of the petitioner herein. The claim for interim maintenance made by the wife has been rejected. It is informed that, at present the petitioner draws monthly pay of Rs.55,000/- and during the relevant days, it was Rs.50,000/- per month. In the given circumstances, no case is made out for issuance of notice. Criminal Writ Petition is dismissed. The Family Court is requested to decide the proceedings as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of 10 months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. ( R. G.
