The learned Counsel for the petitioner on instructions from the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the petition. Petition is disposed of as withdrawn.

The learned Counsel for the petitioner makes a request that the learned Trial Court be directed to decide Regular Civil Suit No.190 of 2009 within a stipulated period.

All the parties to the said suit are not before this Court. Therefore a positive direction for deciding the suit within a stipulated time frame cannot be issued. Nonetheless it needs to be mentioned that the suit is of the year 2009 and a period of around 15 to 16 years has lapsed. Having regard to the fact that the suit is pending for around 16 years, the learned Trial Court is expected and requested to decide the suit as expeditiously as possible. [ROHIT W. JOSHI, J.] Narwade
