{4} Mr. Ghute Patil, learned advocate submits that the amount as directed earlier, could not be deposited for want of budgetary provisions. In the circumstances, time to deposit the amount is hereby extended and the stay granted to the execution of the impugned awards earlier is hereby made absolute on the condition that entire amount covered under the impugned awards together with up to date interest is deposited in this Court within a period of ten weeks from the date of this order. Upon failure to deposit the amount, stay granted to the execution of the impugned awards shall stand vacated and the applications shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Court.
