Learned Advocate for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this petition with liberty to approach the learned Sessions Court by filing revision. He relies upon order dated 18.03.2024 passed in Criminal Writ Petition No. 1707 of 2023.

In view of the above, the petitioner is permitted to withdraw this petition. This Criminal Writ Petition is disposed off as withdrawn with liberty to file revision.

The time spent in prosecuting this petition shall be considered while calculating the period of limitation. If revision is filed,

Interim relief granted earlier to continue for a period of two weeks from today.
