This petition is filed to challenge the provision issued by the State Government of Social Justice Department dated 8th February, 2013. The Government had issued direction to all concerned departments to see that whenever the financial burden involved, the concerned matter be referred to the finance department and co-operation of the finance department shall obtain before taking any decision. As the matter involved herein was not referred to the finance department in respect of Ashram School, the

2 WP 1779/13 stay was taken to the decision in that regard. The similar matters were filed before this Court like Writ Petition No. 1530 of 2013, in which the reply was filed by the Government. By the order dated 15th January, 2015, this Court dismissed all such proceedings, and it's policy made by the Government. For the same reason, the present proceeding is dismissed.
