Learned counsel sought to canvass submissions with regard to non-observance of the procedure as laid down under the Government Resolution.

Mr.Girase, learned Government Pleader and Mr.Gangakhedkar, learned counsel for Respondent submit that the petitioner has an alternate remedy before the Committee. 4.

It is not disputed that Committee is constituted for redressal of such grievances. E-tender is issued in the month of October 2015. Considering the same, the Writ Petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Committee.
