Mr. Sontakke, the learned counsel submits that, the petitioners have filed an application seeking grant of rental compensation with the respondent/authorities on 18.06.2015, however, the same is not yet decided.

Issue notice to respondent Nos. 1 and 2. The learned Assistant Government Pleader waives notice for respondent Nos. 1 and 2.

In case, the application of petitioners (Exhibit - B) is pending that is for grant of rental compensation, then the
