Heard learned Counsel for the applicants/claimants. 2.

The application is filed for bringing legal representatives of deceased original respondent No.2 - Gangaram Malhari Pachapute on record who admittedly died on 20.02.2023. Learned Counsel for the appellant/acquiring body despite filing appeal remained absent. 3.

It appears that the present applicant No.2 died before passing of withdrawal order. As such, for withdrawal of the amount legal representatives of deceased Gangaram are to be taken on record. There is no question of condonation of delay since the appellant/acquiring body should have filed this appeal. 1/2

As such, the application stands allowed in terms of prayer clauses 'B' and 'C'.

The application is accordingly disposed of.

The appellant/acquiring body is directed to carry out necessary amendment within stipulated period.
