Statement is made by learned A.P.P. that the investigating officer has almost completed investigation and he has submitted the proposal to Public Prosecutor for seeking his opinion. He submits that some record from Land Record office is only to be collected and then investigation can be treated as completed. These things are routine things. In view of the statement made and the prayers which
