1] Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and respondent no.3.

2] The learned counsel for the applicant submits that there is delay of 154 days for filing appeal as the applicant and her husband were injured in the accident. There were no one in their family to look after them. Hence, within stipulated time, appeal could not be filed.

4324.19CA 3] The learned counsel for respondent no.3 strongly objected to condone the delay on the ground that no specific reasons are given for condonation of delay. 4] Considering the reasons mentioned in the application, delay of 154 days is condoned.

5] Appeal be registered subject to removal of office objections, if any.
