Heard learned counsel for the applicants, learned counsel for respondent No.1 as well as learned A.G.P. for the respondent nos. 2 and 3. Perused the application.

These are the applications for withdrawal of amount deposited by Respondent No.1 - M.I.D.C. as compensation for the land acquired. In the connected matters, withdrawal of entire amount in deposit has been permitted. Similar treatment, therefore, needs to be given here. Hence, the following order :- The applicants - original claimants are permitted to withdraw entire amount in deposit, 25% on submitting usual undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court and 75% on furnishing solvent security/surety/bank guaranty in the like amount. Civil applications stand disposed of accordingly.
