The petitioners are challenging the notice dated 14.2.2017. The said notice is merely a demand notice stating that if the amount claimed is not paid then the proceedings for auction would be taken. The said notice is not an auction notice.

The demand notice could not have been challenged in a Writ Petition.

In view of that, Writ Petition is disposed of. Petitioner is at liberty to take such other steps as may be permissible in law.
