It is an injury claim. The applicant does not appear to have suffered loss of earning capacity, since he is a bank employee and has been continuing in service. In the fitness of things the applicant is permitted to withdraw Rs.2,50,000/- (Rupees Two Lakh Fifty Thousand) out of the amount deposited in this Court, on furnishing usual undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. The balance amount be invested in fixed deposit in any nationalised bank till disposal of the appeal. 3.
The Civil application stands disposed of.
