We have heard Mr. Thombre the learned counsel for the petitioner. The learned counsel submits that the Master Plan has not been properly prepared by the University and approved by the Government for Jalna District. The petitioner is already running B.Sc Computer Course and M.lib Science and Information Degree Course at Devmurti. In the Master Plan again the college is shown for Arts, Science and Commerce at Ramnagar. The distance to be maintained as per the guidelines and the report of the Narendra Jadhav committee is not maintained. 2.

The College at Devmurti is for Arts, Science and Commerce. Petitioner is only running B.Sc Computer and M.lib Science courses. It is not running Arts and Commerce course. The location is meant for Arts, Commerce and Science College. For Rohanwadi the location is meant for 1/2
