The challenge in this petition is to the order of issuance of process against the petitioner herein for the offences punishable under Sections 167, 198, 409, 420, 465, 467, 468 of Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner had already appeared before the trial Court in response to the summons. He can very well move the trial Court for recall of the order of issuance of the process. He may even have remedy of challenging the said order in revision. 4.
