We have perused the Government Resolution dated 05/01/2001. The Petitioner's representation dated 07/04/2022 is pending with Respondent No.2/Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Dharashiv. He prays for a decision on the said representation.

The learned Advocate for the Zilla Parishad, Dharashiv submits that, a decision would be taken on the aforesaid representation of the Petitioner on it's own merits and in accordance with the policies and the Government Resolution dated 05/01/2001, within a period of 60 days.
