We have heard Mr. Nagarsoge, learned counsel for petitioners, Mr. Deshmukh, learned counsel for respondent no.5 and Mr. Hon, learned counsel for intervenor.

The petitioners seek direction to conduct election.

In Writ Petition No.8971/2019 under order dated 06.08.2019 we had observed that the Maharashtra State Co-operative Election Authority has issued letter to the District Co-operative Election Authority on 03.08.2019 to submit the proposal for extending the cut-off date.

In view of the fact that the cut-off date is required to be changed, at present the direction sought in the present writ petition cannot be considered.

If in near future steps are not taken, then petitioners may agitate afresh.

6.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.

7.

In view of disposal of writ petition, present civil application is disposed of.
