The Petitioner No.1 has neither undergone a Coronary Bypass Surgery, nor a Cardiovascula Surgery. He has undergone a 'Coronary Angioplasty'. As such, we would not permit the Petitioners to move an application offline.

The learned Advocate for the Petitioners submits that, this issue of ailment of Petitioner No.1 will not be pressed, but as the Petitioners are a couple, they may be considered for a transfer on couple convenience ground.

The learned Advocate for the Respondent/Zilla Parishad, Ahmednagar, vehemently submits that, there is no prayer for a transfer on couple convenience. However, she graciously submits that, if the Petitioners tender an online application in the General Transfer season for seeking transfer on couple convenience ground, such application would be considered strictly in accordance with the Rules and policies applicable, and considering the practicability and the availability of vacancies. 4.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed off.
