This application is filed seeking relaxation of condition imposed on the applicant that the applicant shall not leave India without permission of Sessions Court.

Learned advocate for the applicant, on instructions, submits that the applicant is settled in India and he has no intention to go abroad. It is submitted that trial has commenced and charge is framed against the applicant.

Be that as it may, in case the applicant intends to travel abroad, he can always approach the Sessions Court seeking permission. For the present, it is not desirable to relax the said

{2} criapln585-20 condition. The application is, therefore, dismissed with liberty to the applicant to approach the Sessions Court in case he intends to leave India.
