We have heard Mr. Brahme, the learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.

Grievance is that more than three months have lapsed. Even the charges are not framed. As such, suspension deserves to be set aside. 3.

Learned counsel for respondent no.2 submits that charges have been framed on 08.01.2021 and the enquiry is commenced. 4.

In view of that the ground on which the impugned order is challenged does not subsist.

5.

If the enquiry is not concluded within reasonable time, the petitioner may move the authority for reconsideration of the suspension order.

Writ petition disposed of. No costs.
