The petitioner impugns the order dated 21-02-2022 passed by respondent No.2 Election Officer, thereby rejecting the objection of the petitioners in respect of inclusion of 76 members in the provisional voters' list.

It is brought to the notice of this Court that the final voters' list is published on 28-02-2022 and the election program is declared today by the Election Officer. As per the election program, the election process has commenced from today.

In these peculiar facts and since the disputed questions are involved in the present petition, in view of the the decision of the Division Bench of this Court at Principal Seat in Dattatray Genaba Lole
