We have heard Mr. Salgare, learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader.

The petitioner seeks directions against respondent no. 1 to grant permission to run Urdu and English medium primary school on self finance basis.

We do not find any proposal being given to respondent no. 4, directly an application is given to respondent no. 1.

Mr. Salgare, the learned counsel submits that the petitioner would submit the proposal for start of Urdu and English medium school on self finance basis to respondent no. 4 / Education Officer (Primary), zilla Parishad, Aurangabad.

In case such proposal is sent to respondent no. 4, then respondent no. 4 shall process the said proposal and forward it to the authority in accordance with law.

Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs.
