We would not be entertaining such petition involving dispute between landlord and tenant vis-a-vis payment of rent. It is for the Authority and the petitioner to arrive at consensus. The petitioner may prosecute his application with the authority as may be permissible. 3.

The petitioner has also given notice under section 80 of the Code of Civil Procedure for filing of civil suit.

Writ petition disposed of. No costs.
