Heard. Perused the order passed by the Division Bench of this Court on 1st September 2010. The Court has considered all the relevant aspects and has left the Petitioners to avail of

rast6255.11 the alternate remedies as available in law for redressal of their grievances. We do not find that Division Bench has committed any material irregularity in passing the order under review. No fresh factual material has been brought to our notice requiring this Court to cause interference under the review jurisdiction.
