In disposed of criminal application No. 903 of 2021, the original applicants in the said criminal application have filed this criminal application to correct the names of applicant Nos. 5 and 7 in the title clause and in paragraph 9 and 15(i) of the judgment and order dated 25.11.2021.

It appears that inadvertently the name of applicant No.5 is mentioned as "Shaikh Rafik s/o Shaikh Sattar Kasar" instead of "Shaikh Rafik s/o Shaikh Sattar Maniyar". Similarly, the name of applicant No.7 is inadvertently mentioned as "Abdul Shafee s/o Abdul Sattar Kasar" instead of "Mohammad Shafee s/o Abdul Sattar Kasar". The counsel appearing for respondent No.2 and learned
cran765.22 -2A.P.P. for the respondent-State, have also accepted that the said mistake has been done inadvertently and they have no objection if the same is corrected by allowing the present application. 4.
In view of the same and for the reasons stated in the criminal application, this criminal application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses "A" and "B". In the judgment and order dated 25.11.2021 the names of applicant No.5 be read as "Shaikh Rafik s/o Shaikh Sattar Maniyar" and the name of applicant No.7 be read as "Mohammad Shafee s/o Abdul Sattar Kasar" in the light of the amendment carried in the title clause and in paragraph No.3 of the present application. The judgment and order dated 25.11.2021 passed by this Court in criminal application No. 903 of 2021 stands corrected to that extent only.
