For want of approval/sanction from the Revenue Authorities, the petitioner was proceeded under Section 48 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code and under sub-Section (7) of Section 48 of the Code penalty came to be imposed. 2.

The petitioner feeling aggrieved has preferred an appeal before the Sub Divisional Officer, Latur on January 16, 2017, which is informed to be pending adjudication. 3.

In the aforesaid background, we direct that the appeal of the petitioner, which is pending adjudication referred above be decided in any case within a period of twelve weeks from the date of appearance of the petitioner. The petitioner assures that she shall be appearing before the Sub Divisional Officer, Latur in any case on 13th March, 2023.

In view of the above order, the petition is not pressed. Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly.

It is further clarified that, in any case, if any application for granting ad-interim relief is made, the same be decided on the very same day.
