The Petitioner/Union desires that the State of Maharashtra should introduce a policy of filling in posts reserved for the Scheduled Castes categories in Urdu Schools, since Scheduled Castes category is not found in the Mohammedan religion. So also, wherever there are posts reserved for the Backward Classes in all Urdu Schools only while effecting interdistrict transfers, candidates from the 'Open' categories should be posted in the vacancies reserved for the Backward Classes, if the candidates are not available from the said category. 4.
RULE. Issue notice on Rule to the Respondents. The learned A.G.P. waives service of notice on Rule for Respondent Nos.1 and 2. Mr Gujar, the learned Advocate waives service of notice for Respondent No.3 and 4. Mr Suryawanshi, the learned Advocate waives service of notice for Respondent Nos.5 and 6. Mr Pulkundwar, the learned Advocate waives service of notice for Respondent Nos.17 and 18. Mrs Bhale waives service of notice on behalf of Respondent Nos.19 and 20.

All office objections shall be removed on or before 04/04/2024, failing which, this Petition shall stand dismissed without reference to the Court on 05/04/2024. 6.
After the above order was dictated, the learned Advocate for the Petitioner mentioned at 5:15 p.m., that the Petitioners desire to withdraw this Writ Petition. 7.
In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed off, as withdrawn on instructions.
