1] This Application is filed to bring the legal heirs of deceased respondent no.1 on record, who are left out to be brought on record pursuant to the order dated 26th October, 2018 passed in Civil Application No. 12254/2018.

2] Learned counsel for the applicants submits that after bringing the legal heirs of deceased respondent no.1 on record vide order dated 26th October, 2018, it was revealed that the deceased respondent no.1 had a daughter by name Chhaya, who also died leaving behind two minor children. In view of subsequent information received, the applicants have moved this Application.

9669.19CA.odt 3] Considering the submissions advanced in the light of facts stated in the application and the Appeal yet to be admitted, I am inclined to allow the present Civil Application.

Accordingly, Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses 'B' and 'C'.

4] Necessary substitution / amendment be carried out within two weeks.

5] Civil Application stands disposed of in above terms.
