The learned Additional / Assistant Government Pleader waives service of notice for respondents in respective petitions.

The grievance is that the petitioners have been issued with the tribe certificates with incorrect spelling. The petitioners in Writ Petition No. 2896 of 2020 and Writ Petition No. 2913 of 2020 have applied for giving the corrected tribe certificates on 18.01.2020 and in Writ Petition No. 2915 of 2020 on 22.01.2020.

The petitioners shall surrender the original tribe certificates with incorrect spelling to the Sub Divisional Officer. The Sub Divisional Officer, after verifying the genuineness of the said certificates shall issue the corrected tribe certificates to the petitioners within two (02) weeks.

Writ Petitions are accordingly disposed of.

No costs.
