By way of filing this petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioners seek direction to respondent no.2 to decide the

We direct respondent no.2 to take decision on the said pending proposal in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible, however, within a period of eight weeks from today and communicate the decision to the petitioners and also the respondent - Management.

The Writ Petition stands disposed of in the above terms.
