Civil Application No.6105 of 2025 is filed for bringing on record legal representative of deceased Kesharbai Mojiram Ghusinge, who expired on 20-12-2024. There are two legal representatives of deceased Kesharbai Mojiram Ghusinge, as mentioned in paragraph no.3 of the application.

Considering the reasons mentioned in the application, the legal representatives of deceased Kesharbai Mojiram Ghusinge, as shown in paragraph no.3 of the application, are required to be brought on

ORDER

(I) Civil Application No.6105 of 2025 stands allowed. (II) Legal representative of deceased Kesharbai Mojiram Ghusinge are permitted to be brought on record. (IV) Amendment to be carried out within a period of two weeks.

(V) Civil Application No.6105 of 2025 stands disposed of accordingly.

(VI) In First Appeal No.2080 of 2018, two weeks time is granted to file application for bringing legal representatives of deceased on record.
