The learned Advocate for the petitioners submit that against the impugned order the remedy of appeal is available and the same is made available by virtue of Government Resolution dated 18/07/2018. 2.

In view of the same, the petitioners seeks leave of this Court to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to approach the appropriate authority to challenge the impugned order. 3.

Petitioners are permitted to withdraw this petition. In the event the petitioners approaches the appropriate authority challenging the impugned order, the time spent in the proceedings before this Court, would be excluded under Section 14 of the Limitation Act.
