Since the issue involved in all four petitions is informed to be an identical, the facts of Writ Petition No.2271/2023 are taken into account. The present order as such shall govern all the four writ petitions. 2.

In view of order dated 18th March, 2017 passed by Sub Divisional Officer, Latur on an appeal preferred by the petitioners, we do not see any reasons to cause interference in the present writ petition. The petitions stand disposed of.

However, the petitioners shall be at liberty to question the order dated 18th March, 2017 passed by Sub Divisional Officer, Latur on the pending appeal of the petitioners.
