Present application has been filed by the State for getting the delay of 890 days condoned in filing first appeal. The State intends to challenge the judgment and award passed by the Reference Court. The respondent is served, however, failed to appear. Under such circumstance, whatever reasons have been given in the application have gone unchallenged. On this count, delay stands condoned. 2.

Civil Application stands allowed and disposed of accordingly.
