2. Leave granted. Criminal Application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. 3.

It is made clear that said liberty will be available in case Applicant files application for discharge within four weeks from today. In case such application is filed and charge is not framed, the concerned Court shall decide the said application within eight weeks from the date of filing such application, on its own merits.
