This is an Appeal by the State against the Judgment and Award dated 22.06.2010 in L.A.R. No.120/1998 passed by the learned Third Joint Civil Judge, Senior Division, Ahmednagar. 2.

The learned AGP appears for the Appellant and submits that the Government of Maharashtra in Revenue and Forest Department has taken decision not to challenge the Award passed by the Reference Court if the enhancement is upto four

(04) times of the Award granted by the Special Land Acquisition Officer. He submits that in the case at hand, the compensation awarded by the Special Land Acquisition Officer was Rs.9184/- and the Reference Court enhanced the same to Rs.22,400/-. He

(( 2 )) 930-FA-3552-17 submits that this matter is covered by the said GR dated 03.11.2016 and the Corrigendum dated 23.02.2017. He further submits that this Court has disposed off several such Appeals in the light of the said GR.

In view of the above submission and admittedly this Court has disposed off certain matters in view of the said GR, this Appeal is also disposed off in view of the said GR dated 03.11.2016 and Corrigendum dated 23.02.2017.
