CORAM: S.V. GANGAPURWALA AND A.I.S. CHEEMA, JJ.
DATE : 8TH MARCH, 2016 ORDER :
1.
We have heard learned counsel Mr.
Golegaonkar. Learned counsel submits that as period stipulated for deciding the proceedings in the order of this Court dated 6th August 2015 is over, the Respondents are threatening to terminate the services of the Petitioner.
2.
The arguments of learned counsel for the Petitioner in this regard cannot be accepted. The order of this Court in Writ Petition No.3246 of 2015 is crystal clear. We had directed to decide the validation proceedings within six months, however, had also directed the employer not to take any adverse action against the Petitioner only on the ground that validation proceedings are pending, till the validation proceedings are decided. Validation proceedings are not yet
decided. Earlier order in Writ Petition No.3246 of 2015 dated 6th August 2015 is still in force. The Committee shall decide the proceedings as directed earlier, expeditiously.
3.
In light of that, no need to entertain the present Petition. Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
