The present petition can be disposed of in view of prayer clause 'B', wherein the petitioner himself had prayed that the respondent authority should be directed to decide his representations dated 21.09.2023 and 17.10.2023.

Issue notice to the respondents. Learned AGP waives notice for respondent No.1 and learned Advocate Mr. A.B. Girase waives notice for respondent No.2.

WP_2908_2024 Respondent No.2, with whom the representations are pending, should decide the same on its own merits, within a period of four weeks. The Writ Petition stands disposed of.
